Ian Riley
Ian has over 20 years experience in the building maintenance industry, working with a national provider before entering into his own business. His initial working life commenced in the fire services industry where he managed a number of significant new construction and refurbishment projects.
Ian controlled the operations area of a national property management company before progressing into state management ranks. In his own business he has grown from operating just in Western Australia to currently having additional offices in South Australia and Victoria. The national network of companies is complimented by a partner in New South Wales and Queensland where Ian provides support and direction in business areas.
Mike Shelley
Born and educated in Melbourne, Mike enjoyed a few years overseas before becoming Production Manager for a company who manufactured aluminium doors and windows.
Following this, Mike relocated to Brisbane to spend over 10 years with a national maintenance company culminating in his reaching the level of State Manager.
Mike then began his own painting and maintenance company which he ran successfully for 18 years.
With over 30 years experience in the industry, Mike joined forces with Ian some ten years ago to make Riley Shelley a national company which has been steadily growing ever since, with offices in all major capital cities throughout Australia.
