Riley Shelley became part of the publicly listed Spotless Group in April 2009.
Riley Shelley was formed in 1995 with the merging of Shelley Contracting and Woodbridge Riley and Associates. Shelley Contracting began in Queensland in 1988 while Woodbridge Riley and Associates commenced business in 1993 in Western Australia.
The initial core competency of the company was in commercial painting, and was built on providing a quality service at an affordable price by working closely with every client to structure services around their individual specific needs. Each business worked with national clients that supported their respective growth into each capital city around mainland Australia.
