RILEY SHELLEY was formed in 1995 with the merging of Shelley Contracting and Woodbridge Riley and Associates. Shelley Contracting began in Queensland in 1988 while Woodbridge Riley and Associates commenced business in 1993 in Western Australia.
The initial core competency of the company was in commercial painting, and was built on providing a quality service at an affordable price by working closely with every client to structure services around their individual specific needs. Each business worked with national clients that supported their respective growth into each capital city around mainland Australia.
RILEY SHELLEY Holdings was formed in April 2006 to guarantee greater financial and physical leverage to all subsidiaries within the organisation.
RILEY SHELLEY Corporate Imaging (RSCI) was formed in May 2004 to provide our expanding national retail client base with a service that caters to their requirements for high quality and consistent brand imagery.
An ever increasing demand for RILEY SHELLEY services saw the development of our Building Services division which was established over the past few years to deliver a complete end-to-end property maintenance solution.
